For first-time expecting dads
Nobody really tells you what becoming a dad feels like.
It starts long before your baby arrives, and it’s not what you expected.
Fully Here is a forty week companion for expecting dads, about the part no one names. Enter your email and get the first three weeks of the book free.

The first 3 weeks, free
You felt nothing at the test.
You’re doing math you can’t make work.
You’re not sure you’re allowed to miss your old life.
You don’t feel like a dad yet.
Most of them never say it out loud.
The first three weeks
Get three real chapters. Not a summary or teaser. The actual pages from the book.
Most pregnancy books tell you what’s happening with the baby and with her body. This is about what becoming a dad is doing to you while all of that is going on.
Week 1
The Test
The moment you found out, and the reaction you didn't expect to have.
Week 2
No One Tells You This Part
The distance between the dad you pictured and the man showing up right now.
Week 3
Provider Panic
The numbers you run at night, and what the money might really be about.
Every week is built the same way. A short story from my own pregnancy. A question meant for you alone. Something to say to your partner when you’re ready to say it. And one small thing to try that week.
From Week 1
I froze. Not for a second. For a while. Long enough that I knew, even in the moment, this wasn’t the reaction you see in movies. No crying. No picking her up and spinning her around. Just me, standing there, speechless.
We’d talked about wanting a baby. We did want this.
When I found out I was going to be a dad, I didn’t react the way I expected to. There was too much on my mind, and underneath it all, I felt numb.
I went looking for something that named what I was actually going through. Not gear advice. Not a birth plan checklist. Something about the inside. I couldn’t find it.
So I wrote it.
